MIT有个小中副教授秋天会去TGS，MIT副教授应该有tenure了吧，不知道会不会回MIT。

TGS的Algorithms 对自己员工是开放的，所以公司特别担心员工离开公司另起炉灶。

TGS和RenTech 是少有的公司，hire员工基本就是hire一辈子。
