Same as in China, there are many people hold this U.S.-China partnership view like Mr. Brzezinski. But very often such voice is over shadowed by many others who are short sighted and self-centered.  Hope the top policy makers in U.S. and China can hear and share the " Strategic Vision" by Brzezinski and alike. I believe a strong U.S. is just as good to China as a cooperative China to U.S.
