The biggest challenge for President Obama is to take control the mighty US military establishment. As the "Commander-in-chief", Obama is not in control of the Pentagon at all. America is broke, but Pentagon will still squander $500 billions and many hundreds more billions outside its official budget. This may prove to be Obama's most lethal challenge of all.
