in case of rules I agree with you. But, my concern is

not about rules but rather finding the potential problems, how to solve them, how to balance the pros and cons, how to look at the big picture, etc.. There is a reason why the West fears us because we are a group of strategically inclined people and able to do non-linear things. But behind that, we do calculations much more complex than that of the West. This is how our culture have survived and continues to now despite pitfalls in recent history. So I implore you to take a look at the pros and cons and weight the possible outcomes and reactions to this move.
