试想，如果上世纪初就普及了计算机技术，谁能保证计划经济就会败给市场经济？

i disagree with this point. The fialure of the planned economy has nothing to do with technology! It is due to the misalignment of incentives that destroy the work ethics. In brief, economic agents are all caught in the prisoner's dilemma game in planned economies. The planned economies will fail again today even with the new tech in computer. This point should be very clear. Otherwise, why China went through the reform?
