All we can do is to [wipe their ass and] salvage the current situation by training more Iraqis to defend themselves to protect against terrorists trying to start a secular war between Shiites and Sunnis. By rebuiding much faster than now, we can give the Iraqi government more resources to use to protect THEIR country and THEIR WAY OF LIFE. If we can be more efficient, we will be able to set a timable to withdraw most of troops from Iraq and let UN sent peacekeepers to fill the security gaps. This way, the new democracy in Iraq would be preserved and new international cooperation could be formed against terrorism. We could then say, we had finally fulfilled our mission of protecting a democratic and free Iraq

Again, I think this is good for election debates :)
