国家应紧急采取有效措施保护矿产资源

This post was displayed 7 years ago, that is now reposted here to urge people in China that '国家应紧急采取有效措施保护矿产资源 ', simply because that China has a huge population but relatively lacks of natural resources including minerals. Next generation of technologies deadly relies on critical minerals including rare earth elements. Each nation, particularly like USA, is stressing the importance of strategic resources. China should follow this too. Otherwise, it is too late.

Also, exporting the strategic minerals should be restricted and controlled by the state-owned corporation.

国家应紧急采取有效措施保护矿产资源

矿产资源是国家经济发展和国民赖以生存所必需的战略物资。中国国内矿产资源是
国有财富，为全体国民所拥有，必须由国有企业所控制，为国民经济服务。

外资企业和私有企业可以参与我国矿产资源的勘探，研究和开发活动。但是，外资
企业和私有企业资本所占这类项目的比例必须由国家有关部门严格控制在49%以下。

国家应尽快对已被外资企业和私有企业控股的我国国内矿产资源项目采取有效措施，
尽快达到这一目标，用立法的方式确定下来。政府若能做到这点，必将造福国民子
孙后代。
