My view is the 3rd world war

can be avoided only if the current economic situation is improved to maintain a stable and peaceful order of the world politics. Otherwise, it is very difficult to prevent a war, locally, or regionally, even worldwise! I think American people are peace-loving people, and have suffered a lot during the last few decades of wars in Iraque, Afganastan, etc., which is the main reason leading to the debt crisis. Therefore, American people do not need a war, especially, a war against China - a traditional ally of the US in the WWII. The US has benefited from the rising of China, and American people have enjoyed low price of goods and materialized products imported from China and other countries so that their living standards have been improved significantly.

A big problem facing the States is as pointed out by President Obama that the manufacturing sector has been shrunk so much that directly affect its physical economy that supplies fundmental needs of people's daily life. Service sector is too big to sustain the economy - beause of the lacks of materialized products. Financial service cannot generate real economy, but creates troubles. Medicare and health sector is so expensive but does little contribution to real economy and create big fears to common people, and so on, and on.

In conclusion, a solution to recovering economy cannot be relied on a war but must be depended on a strong physical economy!
