post-war Constitution of Japs established and helped by General Mike Arthur in the 1940s. This Constitution does not permit Japs to have army, and does not allow Japs to declare a war against any other countries.

The States, Russia, Uk, France and China have to act together to prevent Abe from altering the Japs Constitution!
