Did India demonstrate the intent and concrete steps

to not comply with the world order created post-WWII?  Did India say loud and clear that the socialism/communism was to beat and replace the capitalism as it's in the West now?  Did India attempt to coordinate covertly with any countries that are against the US such as N Korea, Iran, Cuba, etc.?
