肉丁,豆干丁,香菇丁,有时加毛豆子,
油煸后,放酱,辣酱蒜蓉酱甜面酱,
最后放花生米翻炒一下。

炒,或炸的花生最好在豆腐烧好,上桌后撒上,拌入。否则,热气一捂,花生就疲软了,失了香脆的口感。
