每年最优秀的高中生一大拨学ECON，一大拨学CS(附带数学)。其它(pre-med...)都是小众了

传统工程学的人很多，但不是最牛的一拨人。

本科学商的，也不是最牛的一拨孩子。
Wharton可以除外，但Wharton给的也是ECON学位

Why it has to be ECON & CS?  Because US leads the world on Finance & Hi-tech! Period.

And all Ivies, Ivy-plus schools grant ECON degrees to undergraduates who aspire to work in Finance (and related fields)

 

ECON is one of the best majors for undergraduate - but you have to get into top schools to study ECON - that is a proven 金光大道

ECON is also a great pathway to law school.
