如果中小学数学老师报酬好， 自然有大把的人愿意做。 

大学里有一个teacher's track, 是为打算毕业做老师的学生设计的。打算做数学老师的，或者在数学系或者在教育系数学方向。无论哪一种，都是数学系比较弱的那部分学生。
