五花肉香菇炖冻豆腐的做法步骤
-
1干香菇用水泡发、五花肉煮熟切片在锅中稍炒过,冻豆腐解冻,胡萝卜洗净 -
2冻豆腐切块 -
3姜、蒜、洋葱、胡萝卜切片 -
4锅中放油,下入洋葱、姜蒜小火煸香 -
5放入香菇翻炒 -
6放入五花肉和冻豆腐翻炒 -
7加入适量水烧开后放入胡萝卜同煮(我在这时就转到砂锅中炖煮了),烧10分钟后加盐、料酒、生抽调味再继续炖煮10分钟 -
8关火,撒入葱花盖盖焖熟。
