Judge only concern what is the best interest for the child, however, in this case, whether Huo was wrong or right is not the key, the key is, which side the child will grow up happy and health. I don't think money can buy happiness, when the child realize what happen before, she won't feel happy at all. So, by this point, this judgement is not right!
By the way, I think many chinese people here are very ugly, maybe they drink too much milk from their US mother.
