请教，买房请律师， 哪些service是必须的？

房子是sell by owner,房子很新只有一任房主，

律师事务所说“review the contract,attorney

comments,negotiations between parties

to make changes or terminate if necessary".

这些够吗？还有哪些必须律师参与？比如closing

需要在场吗？非常感谢！
