Do not assume u r wrong first w/o fighting. If u have not been here very long; u will get used to how people think in the US. If u have been here many years, just calm down and think back; you probaly have made many similar mistakes (assuming u r wrong, and admit it w/o fighting) in life and career. Learn from Indian people; they are never never wrong. Gradually people get used to their attitude. Saying this does not mean I am better. I know I made many similar mistakes; we are just trained/educated so well from our own culture. When coming to the US, we will need to  follow the rules here.
