车祸后与保险公司和律师的事还没搞清楚，现在老婆又要和我离婚，我现在的状态根本无法工作，离婚后我不知怎样生活？不知有什么法律能够保护像我这种情况的人？
我们家的钱都被老婆偷偷的拿到她妈家里去了（至少有三万），我现在连租房的钱都没有，不知该如何是好？
