You have to read that last will

Almost in all cases, among the very first provisions of a will reads somewhat as follow: This is the last will and all previous wills and codiciles are hereby revoked. That being said, however, the fact the last will was executed 10 days before he passed away indicates to me at least a possibility of incompetency or the existence of duress, both of which can be used to challenge the last will. If the challenge is successful in the court, the previous one should be submitted for probate. Your facts stated here are not complete though. Can you be more specific?
