你连合同都没有，为什么说那些没有问题

合同中也许规定了针对"abandoned property"的处理办法，一个月也不算短了。

虽然我认为房东在处理"abandoned property"的方式上不符合法律程序，
除非你自己出庭，不认为你有多大的可能要回钱财。房东让白住的提议未必不是一个解决方案。而且真上的法庭，你也许要赔房东的比你能拿回来的多多了。
