Don’t be afraid....

After you get the document from him, file a "motion to dismiss" to the court. State 2 facts:
1. 2 of you already devoiced, give place, date. Give court the copy of the document.
2. You already married to someone after devoice. Give place, date if you like.
My guess is that he is trying to import a wife from china. But it has some immigration problems.
