我家领导在红灯停线尾部被后面快速急行的车正中撞了。原以为简事一桩。完全是其错。SO 交换了保险，双方走人。
谁知那黑人LIE TO 保险公司 声称我家LD倒车撞了她。结果双方公司都不赔对方。
俺们很生气，决定要讨个说法。We decided to take her to a small claim court.
两天前收到法庭来信。对方保险公司要求有陪审团,并有公司的attoney出场。
问题是 1 有陪审团的花费有多高？
2 官司值不值 （车子修理费1000多刀）
