Will it affect insurance premium? How bad if yes?

Got a speeding ticket of 84mph on 70mph speed limit in Kansas. After paying fine and court fee (out of state), local court attorney amended the speeding ticket to non-moving violation as "improper number of headlamps".

I am in OR now. Will that affect my premium? If yes, how bad?
