请教专家们: 开车连着两天拿了两张TICKETS.

第一张是CARELESS DRIVING, 第二张是开车时打电话.
CARELESS DRIVING 应该有两个POINTS. 不知开车时打电话是否有点数. 有什么办法能够减点数呢?请指教.谢谢!
