What I'm talking about here is his son's illness was not at medical emergency case after the nurse took the vitals(temperature, Blood pressure, Heart rate).
His parents signed only W-9, camp photo release forms. Otherwise, the hospital should asked the counselor to sign the hospital medical forms, not my friend.

According to the medical law, doctor should ask parents for permit to treat their minor child.
