请问单身老猫：信用卡公司在抢劫

我有一张Chase 信用卡，我专门打电话告诉信用卡公司不要给我的电子邮件发账单，我要纸的账单，结果他们不给我寄纸的账单，在过了付款期后，他们罚我39美元，我该怎么办？
我还有另一张Chase 信用卡，由于我的银行账号原来是WAMU的现变成Chase ，我用Banking Online付的账单，付完后得到一个确认号码，等到付款期过了之后，收到信用卡公司的迟付罚款通知，再一查，我用Banking Online付的款不见了，原来被银行给删除了。对此信用卡公司声称，他们没有错误，一定要罚款，Chase Bank说我不是信用卡公司，做不了他们的主，请问我该怎么办？多谢指教！
