help needed - car insurance info

There was a car accident last week. The other part provided insurance company: LexisNexis.

It happened in NY. The driver is CT resident.

We are unable to find it. I also called CT insurance department (gov), they told me they couldnt find the insurance company either.

Anybody, do you have any information about it ?
