1。我现没有任何他資產或是銀行帳戶的資料，州警或哪里能提供？
2。I just know someone has hold this roofer’s payment，Is there any way I can hold this payment? If I go small court, can judge rule this payment to me?

3.现我真不想象让他修，只想拿回钱来。一是怕他使坏或subcontract to unqualified worker, 二是他本有3年的warranty,现看he will not do it,还有也不想再跟他打交道。我能否说：他说过：““You do not call me again. F uck you." in小額訴訟庭
