I think the most important thing now is to look at the police report. find the local police station and ask for that, that should be public or you might ask your insurance company about that. but my experience is the police should have three copies of that, and gave one to your hu*****and and one to the other side and one for the record. if that Hispanish ran on red light, the police should have given her a ticket right away before he file some record.
