h1任何情况下工作都要有专门的工作签证要想self-employ，唯一的办法是给自己申请一个为自己工作的h1，这种情况成功的例子极少。如果没有你自己公司给你申请的h1，成立一个公司，雇个人给你干活，剥削别人盈利是可以的，自己干是不可以的
