不幸被没保险的人撞了 - 我该怎么办？

两天前被人追尾， 是在我后面的第三辆车撞了它前面的车， 然后chained effect 撞到我的后保险杠， 保险杆和后备箱都被撞瘪。 警察马上来了， 事故原因和责任比较清楚。 本来等着肇事车的保险公司赔偿修理费用， 今天拿到了police report 才发现report 上那辆车没保险， 肇事司机也没驾照信息， 开的那辆车是别人的， 车主也在车上。 两人给的地址都是外州的PO Box。 那辆车被警察impounded 了。


问了我的保险公司， 由于我们没有保collision， 因此对这次事故没有coverage。 请问大家， 我该怎么办？ 怎么才能persue 到那个什么都没有的司机。
