医疗帐单问题请教.

去年做了个小手术.术后随访了5次医生.4次的费用都没有问题,就其中1次看医生的帐单总寄来.医院的理由是"insurance company did not response claim". 打电话给保险公司,保险公司说术后随访的费用是包括在手术费用里的.医院不应该再收费.保险公司说他们会跟医院联系.过一会保险公司打电话给我说医院电话没人接,他们已经留言了.让医院有问题找他们.但医生的帐单总寄来.再跟保险公司联系,保险公司仍然说他们会跟医院联系, 仍然说医院电话没人接,他们已经留言了. 今天医院的帐单又寄来了.我就郁闷到底该找谁? 为什么保险公司跟医院联系时医院电话总没人接?我每次打电话时总有人接? 谁在撒谎? 怎样才能解决问题? 烦啊,医院还威胁我说"take collection activity"
