The only difference is that I lived upstairs. To me, however, it did not bother at all. It was like free porn for me so I liked it.

I am sure there are people like you who do not like me and there are people like me who like it very much.

Is it possible for you to find someone who likes thsi so that you can switch apartments?

Legally, there is nothing you can do. There is also nothing they can do about you playing stereo to bother them once in a while to bother them.
