请教Caliber 和老猫版主，有关法律的名称

Caliber 在回答我在下面那个帖子里说的那个 ”in some states, even if the medical expense is covered by an insurance company, you can still recover the expense from the business who is liable. so your medical expense could be a lot more than just the co-pay and drugs。“ 我理解为 如果NC (北卡)法律允许， 我可以让他们赔偿所有医疗费用， regardless that 我的保险公司是否会付一部分。
