帮你顶一下, 租房一定一定要看房客的credit~而且deposit不能少

我们家当时agent给我们5份application, 选了一个中国人~存款都可以买我们家房子的~~deposit 收了小一万 (两个月房租)~~这样房客不会乱找麻烦~~

主要是我们家agent suggested it's better to ask for 2 months as deposit in case the damage to the house is more than we expected.
