you need an attorney for what? against your own company? you got to be kidding me.

unless you have an employment contract for a term, you are an at-will employee, which means they can fire you without any cause. that means if they really want to make you a scapegoat, you have no legal recourse, unless they make a stupid mistake, and you better not count on that.
