depend how many good record in your history

If you have a lot good record, like mortgage, car loan, student loan, one negetive should not affect much, if you do not have lot good record, or lack of recent good record, one $10 collect can drive score to 500.

The problem is when you receive the landlord invoice, you need to fight. If you do not response, you admite that is your debt. You need to prove whne you move out, the carpet is in similar condition like to move in. When you walk through, make a lot pictures.

Credit is your veru improtant asset. Protect it.
