律师malpractice，请教单身老猫及各位朋友。

我在加州，男友去世留下房子给我，但由于律师没有get the 21351 Certificate。尽管遗嘱里写了谁告就只给谁一元，但这个遗嘱还是被挑战了，经过和谈，我不得不借几十万元来摆平。渎职律师告诉我，他的保险有十万元。我怎样才能拿到他的保险，如果告他，容易吗？我告他能补偿我的所有损失吗？
