一签被拒， 恳请大家的意见。

我的父母上个月在国内一签被拒（二人均退休， 有两套房子， 稳定的退休金（低于人民币2000）和养老保险， 存款不多。他们在国内有很多兄弟姐妹。当时想签一个月。
我是唯一的孩子， 美国公民， 在工作。回国三趟。
想乘父母还走得动， 来美国看我顺便玩一趟。
被拒签的感觉真是难受， 父母也觉得好像做错了事。
随后给领事管写了一封电子邮件反映情况，得到的回复让人心寒。
信是格式话的， 最后说
They are free to reapply at any time. However, unless something significant changes in their circumstances, it is unlikely that a new interview will yield a different result.
我该怎么办啊？ 他们的情况别说三个月， 就是一年也不会有变化。
我是可以回去看望他们， 但这次的想法就是想让他们看看美国。时间就是一个月的样子。 有朋友说一个一个地签， 可我是想一家人旅游， 他们两也好有个伴。
不知道是不是因为我是公民的缘故， 哎 ！

现在该怎么办啊？ 给议员写信？
有收到爸爸的信说， 让我不要麻烦， 我的心意他们领了。 可我不甘心放弃啊。
