紧急求教--short sale 房

short sale 房，两个lender. 原同意给第二个lender 3 万。但AGENT 坚持不给我
们看第二个lender 的APPROVED LETTER。别人都说给高了，我们怀疑AGENT有猫腻。
并没给第二个lender 3 万。

请问我们有权看第二个lender 的APPROVED LETTER吗？ 我能告AGENT吗？该怎么办
