建議您找產權過戶公司或是律師幫您處理,因為辦這個問題,沒有錯您需要的應該只是一個"quitclaim deed ",您可以自己在店裏買到所需的表格,

但是如果您在處理的过程中有任何錯誤,日後要再修改就相當的麻煩.所以會建議您找專業來處理,如果日後發現有錯,您也有人可以替您負責處理.
