I have friend who entered law school in their 40's. I don't think school is the problem. However, getting good enough grades to get an internship in the area that you want practice is more difficult and requires better language skills (writing and speaking). You should also prepare yourself for a tough career. Hours are long and job is not always secure from economic downturns. For example, in this tough economic time, many law firms are layinf off dozens of their associates
