Can my wife take my son away without my agreement?

My wife and I lives in an apartment where I acquire from my relative before the marriage.

To do my wife's family a favor, we let her mom and sister live with us and we provide all financial support to exchange they taking care of my son.

However, I didn't get along with them and I asked them to move out. My wife threatened me that she would move out with them and she would take my son with her.

I did some research, it seems it is not legal if she takes our son away from our physical resident without my permission.

I already made my mind to evict my mom/sister-in-law and my question is, if she try to move with them and did take my son away, what can I do?
