Please help me with my medical bills.

I did physical exam and Mamography last year. They should be covered by my insurance(United HealthCare). However, they did not pay my medical bills. Everytime I called them, they apologized for mistakes. But they just did not pay my bills. Now hospital threatened me they would take collection activity. What can I do? Two bills are $700. Thank you very much.
