在公司常受委屈，我心里很难过

我的 project engineer 总是当大家的面责怪我， 很委屈。 没有人喜欢她， 可她的怨气就找我这个干活的人发。再加上我英文不好， 不会辩护， 可她却越来越凶， 从小到大都没受过这么大的委屈， 何况我也没做错。 心里很难过. 同事们都看不过去了， 能求助法律吗？多谢！
