被保险公司欺负了，求助老猫！

佛州，５月２２日，我车给撞了，完全对方责任。对方保险公司承认完全赔偿及租车。刚开始听起来还不错，可１０天过去，车虽然已在修车店，但车损还未评估完，且被告知租车得等定损后才能办理。无数次电话adjuster, 无人接听，留言，不回。无数次投诉客服，无用，被告知耐心等待adjuster的电话。找经理，被告知case正在处理中，须等待。
向周围的人打听发现租车不需等定损后才能办理，感觉被忽悠了，且被他们这么拖着，找不到地方评理，气暴！
求助单身老猫，　我该怎么做？
