请教老猫遗产问题

一老人（父亲）有３个子女。老大，老三是女儿， 老二是儿子。

老人２００８年１月去世。留下＄１４０K cash 和一房子 ，房子市值＄６００K＋。

因为老人妻子去世早，老人又找了一个伴， 然后搬去女方处同居一直到去世。

老人的房子（没有一分贷款）一直是老三一家居住，到老人去世有１５＋年了。

老人的遗嘱是老大，老二个＄７０K，房子全部留给老三。

老大，老二当时心里都不舒服，认为三人应该平分所有。但又考滤手足情，还是接受了，没有上法庭。

现在听了一些朋友的话，觉得是很不公平。

请问现在还可以上法庭吗？
