寻找律师

Dear Lawyer：

我是一位口腔癌患者，2002年10月发现得癌，医生说我的病发现的早，程度轻。03年1月作的手术，医生信心百倍地说：手术很成功，不需要放疗，化疗。由于太过相信美国医生的话，也就没做放疗，化疗。 后来每隔一个月检查一次。2004年3月，我明显感到手术的地方不正常，要求做切片检查（头一次检查时，医生还说正常），结果是癌症又复发了。04年4月，做了第二次手术，这一次我强烈要求做放疗，化疗。直到现在5年多过去了，没有复发。

因此我控告医生理由是：
1，第一次手术没有做干净，没有进行放疗，化疗。有一些东西留在脑里没有全部拿出来。
2，在第二次手术后，放疗化疗的医生在看片时说没有做干净，因此还没出医院又做了一次手术。


我对律师的要求是：
1，能够100%保证赢。
2，案情输掉不收取任何费用。若案情赢，我将把我得到的15%至20%付给律师（我认为我的案情起码能得到1百万至2百万的赔偿）。
