Thanks! The problem is that the fence is located within a few inches of my neighbor's property. We have to get into their property to fix the fence.Do we need to talk with the bank which is the owner of the house before we do anything? I saw a couple of potential buyers even entering into my property by incident around 8:30PM. I just added a big STOP sign on my side; however I do worry about this weekend since more people will come.(sorry Chinese input doesn't work here) Thanks again for your help.
