If you are sure that the school bus stop sign hadn't flipped out when you passed, I suggest you fight it in court. The patrol car's dashboard camcorder may have videotaped the scene. You may ask court to have the officer turn in the tape. However, if what you said is not true, you may have much more to worry about besides the ticket.
